The Voyageurs Area Council, BSA is looking for a part-time Customer Services Clerk. We hope to fill the job and begin service by January 1, 2018. The job is a 20 – 24 hr. per week job beginning at $12 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18 yrs. of age though 21 yrs. of age or greater is preferred. Work hours will be four to six hours per day and four to five days per week. The job is open to male or female without regard to race, creed, national origin, or any other cultural specifics. Benefits are not included.

Candidates for this job must agree to live by the ethics and morals of Scouting, comply with the Council’s “Conflict of Interest” policy, have a strong work ethic, and be completely trustworthy. Work hours will be set with the new hire in consultation regarding their schedule, but will generally be between the hours of 8am and 7pm on weekdays (and potentially some Saturdays).

The job description/job skills include: some retail sales and working with money, organizational skills, computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, customer service including work on the phone, and other duties as assigned. The job site is the Voyageurs Area Council office in Hermantown.
